Where Kalpa Gupta has accumulated extensive experience in executive and senior managerial roles within product management and fraud risk management across Fortune 100 companies in the financial services sector, beginning her career nearly two decades ago in analytics.
Throughout her professional journey, she has facilitated industry working groups comprising product leaders from a spectrum of financial institutions, ranging from the largest entities to smaller enterprises in the United States, collaboratively addressing challenges affecting consumers and small businesses. Kalpa’s personal journey includes overcoming the enduring stigma and shame associated with childhood sexual abuse, an issue impacting approximately one-quarter of the global population, with statistics indicating 1 in 4 girls and 1 in 6 boys affected.
Despite achieving significant milestones over 15years, she wrestled with internal doubts, feelings of inadequacy, and recurring trauma triggers in her work environment. These challenges prompted her transition from the corporate world to conscious entrepreneurship.
